Step In & Spin was created by Rina Gómez, a young lady passionate with the art of dance. Over the years, she has had the privilege of training with world renowned dancers such as Tatiana Keegan (formerly Logisheva) a 12 time International Latin Champion, Luis Aguilar (current World salsa champion) and Salsa dancer Tamara Livolsi.

With over 15 years of experience in Salsa and Ballroom Dancing, she has participated in various performances and competitions (2006 International Hustle and Salsa competition-1st place in two Salsa categories). Rina is also the creator of Baby Shimmy, a class where kids are introduced to the fascinating art of dance.  The class mixes games with dance routines using latin and pop music combined with games and other surprises. Finally, she is also a certified Zumba instructor. 

Instructors

S&S instructors are here to teach everyone, from children (3 yrs old) all the way to seniors.  They are great communicators as they are required to not only teach the technicalities and steps of the dance style, but they also study the needs of their students.  They prepare themselves to teach a wide range of students in an enjoyable and simple way.
